This week’s menu is giving vacation brain but still hungry. We’re leaning into bright herbs, grilled proteins, and chill bowls that taste even better straight from the fridge (or eaten barefoot on your fire escape—no judgment).
It’s summery. It’s low-effort. It’s slightly Southeast Asian-coded. And it just makes sense.
We’ve got grilled ribeye with a zippy noodle salad, salmon with herby rice, and miso-ginger lettuce wraps that double as the base for a second dinner. No sad leftovers, no boring repeats—just good food with range.
