Prepped Ish Week 5
Menu: Harissa Honey Chicken Bowls, Greek Fries, Roasted Veg with Feta Yogurt Sauce
Week 5 already?! Wild. I swear January was 74 days long, but now we’re finally in the best month of the year (yes, because it’s my birthday month, obviously). Plus, Beyoncé finally got her AOTY win, so life is feeling extra good right now.
I’m heading back to NYC this week after being away since December, and I just know my bodega bae has missed me. Hope they’re ready for my return, lol.
But let’s talk about last week—how did we feel about the tinga? Did you love it? Did the extra steps make you feel powerful in the kitchen or just mildly annoyed at me? Either way, I hope it was worth it. Would also loveeee to know what proteins you prefer so I can incorporate them in the weekly menus!
