Menu: Lemon-Dill Salmon with Garlicky Orzo, BBQ Chicken with Dill Ranch Slaw, Mediterranean Turkey Burger
Okay, so real talk—I have no idea if anyone is actually cooking this week. Between the fireworks, the heat, and the very real temptation to live off popsicles and potato chips, I wouldn’t blame you.
BUT. In case you're feeling even mildly inspired to make something delicious (or just want to have a backup plan for when the grill clears and the guests leave), I’ve got a few summery recipes to keep in your back pocket.
