Okay, so real talk—I have no idea if anyone is actually cooking this week. Between the fireworks, the heat, and the very real temptation to live off popsicles and potato chips, I wouldn’t blame you.

BUT. In case you're feeling even mildly inspired to make something delicious (or just want to have a backup plan for when the grill clears and the guests leave), I’ve got a few summery recipes to keep in your back pocket.

This week’s menu is all about low-effort flavor bombs:

  • Lemon-Dill Salmon with Garlicky Orzo – bright, fresh, and feels like it has its life together.

  • BBQ Chicken with Dill Ranch Slaw – the picnic plate of my dreams.

  • Mediterranean Turkey Burger – juicy, herby, and feta-filled because… obviously.
