Hi friends, and welcome to Prepped-ish Week 22. I just want to start by saying thank you—truly—for being here, for showing up, and for letting me be part of your weekly rhythm. It means a lot.
Now, in full transparency… life hasn’t felt quite right since Beyoncé. I don’t know if it’s the music, the visuals, or just the overwhelming reminder that she really has it all together—but I’ve been questioning every life choice since. If you’re also slightly unhinged post-Cowboy Carter, know you’re not alone.
Anyway, while I sort through my mild identity crisis, I did manage to pull together a menu I’m really excited about:

Blackened Cod with Corn & Tomato Salsa
Broken Kafta Salad (yes, we’re doubling down on kafta this week—because why not?)
