welcome to Prepped-ish Week 17! 🎉 So glad you’re all here, and I have to say, the weather is finally giving us some proper spring vibes! 🌸 With the warmer months rolling in, I’m all about grilling, so expect some fun grilled recipes coming your way soon.
Now, how was last week for you all? Anything you'd like to adjust or change in the menu? I’d love to hear your thoughts. As for me, this week has been a bit of a rollercoaster. We've had some tough times with a few deaths and health scares in the family, which has been draining to say the least. But you know what? The Harissa Honey Shrimp really saved the day for me. It was the bright spot at the end of some long days, so I’m super grateful for that.

Paprika Chicken with baby potatoes and lemon mayo
Crispy Harissa Chickpea Salad with halloumi, roasted red pepper, and a shallot vinaigrette
