Prepped Ish Week 15

First things first—how was your week? I seriously wanna know! I'm always down for your thoughts, feedback, suggestions, dramatic reenactments of how your meals turned out—whatever you’ve got, hit me with it.
Now let’s get into it: I’ve been super sick this week (cue tiny violin), and truly did not have the energy to do anything other than lay horizontal and watch Love After Lockup on repeat. If you know, you know. It’s gloriously chaotic, and I’m both embarrassed and obsessed.
Because I didn’t make it to the grocery store, this week’s menu is a scrappy, creative ode to what I had lurking in my kitchen. Honestly? Some of my best meals come from desperate fridge digs, and this is no exception.
Here’s what’s on deck:
Miso Butter Cod with a very chill, very delicious corn situation (the kind you accidentally eat straight out of the pan).
A Spring Pasta with all the textures—crunchy, creamy, twirly, dreamy.
And a Seared Steak + Veg moment that makes you feel fancy without trying too hard.
