Prepped Ish Week 14
Menu: Herby Panko-Crusted Halibut, Sheet Pan Gnocchi, Pesto Chicken Sausage Potato Bowls
Hey my people, how’s everyone doing this week? I’ve been in my feels lately and haven’t felt super motivated, so this week’s plan is all about keeping it easy and relying on the pantry to make weeknight dinners as simple and delicious as possible. Less prep, more pantry staples, and meals that come together in under 30 minutes with minimal cleanup. Because we all deserve to get dinner on the table without a ton of stress, right?
