First on deck? Honey Butter Parker House Rolls. Golden, fluffy, and slathered in honey butter, these rolls are practically impossible to resist. Whether you’re team carb or just pretending not to be, these are the kind of rolls that will have you reaching for “just one more.”
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup warm whole milk
3 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 large egg, at room temperature
flake sea salt for topping
6 tablespoons butter, at room temperature

Tip: To make sure your yeast is fresh and ready to rise, do a quick “proof test.” Just dissolve a teaspoon of yeast in warm water (around 110°F) with a pinch of sugar. If it’s alive and kickin’, it’ll start to bubble and foam within 5-10 minutes. No bubbles? Time to toss it—expired yeast won’t give you the light, airy texture you’re after. Fresh yeast = fluffy rolls!
